Production Sequencing & Job-Shop Scheduling
Throughput maximization through co-optimized sequencing and scheduling.
Supply Chain & Manufacturing
Sequencing a production line, stocking a distribution network, and laying out a facility are combinatorial problems that compound each other. Classical planning tools optimize each in isolation; the Optimizer can compose them.
The problem
Job-shop sequencing, multi-echelon inventory placement, and facility layout each explode combinatorially on their own — and they interact. A layout decision constrains what sequencing can achieve; an inventory policy constrains what a layout can support. Quantum optimization handles the individual archetypes and, where it helps, composes them.
What we optimize
Throughput maximization through co-optimized sequencing and scheduling.
Where to hold what, to minimize stockouts and carrying cost.
Bottleneck elimination through combinatorial layout optimization.
The engines behind it
Proof
QG-ROUTE and QG-SCHED both carry real, published results in other industries (logistics and telecom); QG-ALLOC's underlying research is mature but not yet independently benchmarked anywhere. The honest version for supply chain: same archetypes, same-caliber engines, and when we run them against your production or inventory data, that benchmark is the number that counts.
Share historical sequencing, inventory or layout data; we'll benchmark against your current planning approach and give you a clear read.
